By downloading or using ED Rush, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
ED Rush is a simulation game intended for education and entertainment. It is not medical advice, a clinical reference, or a clinical decision support tool. Cases, medications, doses, and outcomes in the app are simplified for gameplay and may not reflect current clinical practice. Never use ED Rush to guide the care of a real patient. Clinical decisions must always be based on your own training, institutional protocols, and current authoritative references.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ED Rush on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. All content in the app, including case scenarios, artwork, and code, is owned by the developer and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to create derivative works without permission.
ED Rush offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the full case library. Purchases are billed through your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
ED Rush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on its content in a clinical setting.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
